Lyla Kilic

With a focus on stakeholder management, driving operational excellence and fostering collaboration, Lyla has a proven ability to lead projects which improve service delivery across all areas. Her background in operations and facilities management, gained at UNSW and Ikon, offers DJC clients a solid track record of delivering multi-phase projects including campus relocations, service optimisation initiatives and student engagement campaigns.

Coupled with skills across project planning, WHS risk assessment and mitigation, Lyla is confident in stakeholder communication across hybrid teams with geographically dispersed locations.

Lyla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Philosophy (Distinction) from UNSW and is currently enrolled for a Certificate IV in Building and Construction at TAFE NSW, to develop her blossoming project administration and management skills.
